History
Radcliffe Creek School was founded on the belief that children learn differently and that each child deserves the opportunity to explore his or her potential talents and to be educated through his or her strengths. The idea for such a school began in the early fall of 1995 by a group of concerned parents, grandparents and educators. In November of that year, the group constituted an informal advisory board, whose purpose was to explore ways to create an environment on the Eastern Shore of Maryland that would accommodate children who require alternative learning. Having worked for many years with children who have learning differences, Molly Judge was appointed School Director in the spring of 1996. Molly Judge holds a BA Degree in Special Education from Lynchburg College and an MA in Education from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland. Her graduate work was done in the field of Developmental Reading.
