Admissions Process

Start by completing the Inquiry Form to let us know that you would like to learn more about our unique programs.

Shortly after you submit your inquiry, we will email you to set up an Introductory Phone Call at your convenience.

Or you can easily schedule your initial phone call with the Director of Admissions below after you have submitted your inquiry form!

In between the inquiry form and phone call, don't forget to check out our Virtual Tour!

The next step is to schedule your on-demand Private Tour to visit Radcliffe Creek School in person with your student. Our Director of Admissions, Laura Livingston, will provide you with available dates and times to schedule your tour after you have submitted your inquiry form and have had your admissions phone call.

Once we connect and collectively decide to continue the process, you'll then fill out the RCS Application, Consent Form, and Financial Scholarship form. These documents and links will be provided via email during this step.

Once the application is complete, we arrange Shadow Days for your prospective student. This immersive visit allows your child to experience a typical school day while allowing both your child and our teachers to gauge if Radcliffe Creek is the ideal environment for their growth and prosperity.

Our Admissions Committee carefully reviews each application, considering the many factors that contribute to a student's likelihood of thriving in our unique environment. If Accepted, you'll receive notification via email and detailed information about the exciting next steps.
