Robyn Green, P'26
Robyn is a current RCS parent and presently (since 2018) serves as the Head of School of Naval Academy Primary & Secondary School (NAPS) in Annapolis. During her time at NAPS, the school not only managed through the COVID pandemic, but also grew significantly, received re-accreditation through AIMS (Association of Independent Maryland Schools) in fall 2023, and completed a successful strategic planning process in 2024-2025. Robyn brings an extensive background in academics and independent school leadership, having also served, variously, as an AVID middle school teacher in Anne Arundel County, an Assistant Principal in Onslow County (NC), and a language arts teacher in both Cobb County (GA) and Pike Township (PA).
Since arriving at NAPS, Robyn has been quite active within AIMS, leading an accrediting group in the fall of 2022, serving as an AIMS Emerging Leader speaker for two years, and participating on the AIMS Commissioning Board from 2019-2022. In addition to her work at NAPS and other independent schools, for the last several years, Robyn has served on the board of Wye River Upper School.
Robyn has both a Masters in Educational Leadership (summa cum laude, Kennesaw State University) and a Masters of Secondary Education (magna cum laude, Ball State University), and graduated with a B.A. in Print Journalism from Howard University.
