Lexi Welch `10 joined the board in September 2024, becoming the first Radcliffe alumna to serve. Lexi grew up on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and attended Radcliffe from 2007 - 2010 after being diagnosed with dysgraphia, dyscalculia, ADHD and an unspecified developmental coordination disorder.
At Radcliffe, Lexi was enveloped in support from a team of fantastic teachers and mentors, many of whom played a significant role in her ability to attend high school not only well-prepared, but also on time. After RCS, she attended The Gunston School (previously Gunston Day School) from 2010 - 2014. During her time there, Lexi studied abroad at The Island School in Cape Eleuthera, The Bahamas.
Lexi attended Texas Christian University (TCU), graduating with her B.S. in Criminal Justice & Corrections with a concentration in Violent Crime in 2018. Following graduation, she moved back east after accepting a job in fundraising and program development for The Cape Eleuthera Foundation and The Island School, based in Philadelphia.
During the pandemic, Lexi returned to school, only this time to receive her Master's in Law from Pepperdine University in 2022. Soon thereafter, she accepted a job at Saul Ewing LLP, where she currently manages litigation attorneys.
Lexi now resides in Jupiter, FL and enjoys a variety of recreational activities. If she's not at home, Lexi is usually at the beach, running, doing yoga, shopping, SCUBA diving, traveling both domestically and internationally, or spending time with loved ones (especially her cat, Finnegan)! She is also a fan of all sports, especially hockey, baseball, and college football (go Frogs)! Lexi is an avid reader, and has interests in abnormal psychology, criminology, North American and European history, special education, and marine biology.
