Rob Ditmars joined the Radcliffe Creek School Board of Trustees in January 2019 and served as its president from 2020-2024. He now serves in the role of Treasurer. His children attended Little Creek and Radcliffe Creek School in the mid-2000’s. He is a current board member of Bridges at Worthmore. Located in Kennedyville, MD, Bridges provides individualized equine and other therapies to meet the needs of children, youth and adults. Rob also recently served as a committee member on the Delaware Native Species Commission, Dover, Delaware. After moving to the Eastern Shore, Rob volunteered as an assistant varsity soccer coach at Kent County Public High School and has served as a volunteer coach for Kent County’s Parks and Recreation programs.

Professionally, Rob owns and operates Still Pond Nursery Sales. With locations in both Millington, MD and Harrington, DE, Still Pond is a wholesale grower of landscape grade plant material. In 2021, Rob acquired Elmer’s Market located in Georgetown, DE. The market and garden center sells produce, plants, dry goods and gifts. He received his BSA degree from Springfield College, MA. He, his wife, Allison, and their two children reside in Long Neck, Delaware.
