Seamless After-School Care for Your Child

Our Extended Day Program provides a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for students after the school bell rings. We assume responsibility for registered students from 3:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. each weekday, except for Wednesdays, because of our half-day program. After-school care will be offered from 12:45 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. on Wednesdays, ensuring seamless supervision and continued care. Please note, carpools are expected to be on time, and children should not be in the building after dismissal or during non-school hours except for scheduled activities or appointments.

Welcoming Victoria Trice: Our New Extended Day Teacher!

We are thrilled to introduce Victoria Trice, who will be joining Radcliffe Creek as our new full-time Extended Day Program Teacher for 2025-2026. Victoria is a Washington College Senior pursuing a degree in Human Development and brings a wealth of child-centered experience, including teaching, supervising, and supporting students from K-12. Her high energy and enthusiasm make her the perfect guide for after-school adventures! In between her time in the Extended Day Program, she’ll also be a friendly face at the Front Desk a few days a week!

Flexible Options & Transparent Pricing for 2025-2026

Registration for the 2025-2026 Extended Day Program is now open! We offer flexible rates to suit your family's needs:

  • Annual Rate: $2,500 for the entire school year (September 2, 2025, through June 5, 2026). This offers a significant discount for consistent after-school care.
  • Hourly Rate: A flat fee of $15 per hour for drop-in or advanced notice use.
    • Discount Alert! Utilize over 15 hours per month at the hourly rate, and receive a 20% discount on those additional hours.
    • A minimum of 1 hour ($15) will be charged, and then billing will occur in 15-minute increments thereafter.
    • All payments for the hourly rate will be processed monthly.
  • Late Pick-Up Fee: A $20 late pick-up fee will be assessed for every 15 minutes after the 5:15 p.m. pick-up time.
