Allison Jones

Allison knew early on she had a passion for education. She began her graduate studies in school counseling shortly after earning her bachelor's, and worked as a substitute teacher while completing the program. She completed two years of AmeriCorps with the school-based literacy non-profit Reading Partners, where she trained tutors throughout the city on implementing a structured literacy program in Title I schools in Baltimore City. From there, Allison joined Anne Arundel County Public Schools as a special educator. Allison joined the Radcliffe team in August 2023 as the Director of Admissions, and transitioned to the role of School Counselor in April 2025.
