Introducing RISE: Radcliffe Integrated Services Exchange

Welcome to a new initiative designed to foster holistic student success at Radcliffe Creek School - Radcliffe Integrated Services Exchange (RISE). We believe that a strong foundation in social-emotional and executive functioning skills is crucial for both academic achievement and overall well-being. RISE is our commitment to providing students with the tools they need to navigate challenges, build resilience, and thrive inside and outside the classroom.

Our Mission

The RISE team is a data-driven group of dedicated professionals addressing the social-emotional and executive functioning needs of RCS students. We accomplish this through:

  • Individual and Small Group Interventions: Providing targeted support to meet unique student needs.
  • Schoolwide Programming: Implementing a comprehensive framework to support all students.
  • Empowering Staff: Equipping RCS staff with professional development, resources, and curricula to serve students holistically.
  • Deepening Family and Provider Partnerships: Formalizing communication processes to ensure seamless support in all areas of students' lives.

Our Vision

We are committed to holistic education. The RISE team will systematically put this belief into action, significantly reducing behavioral challenges stemming from underdeveloped social-emotional and executive functioning skills. This proactive approach will foster a more positive learning environment and increase both student and staff retention, creating a stronger, more supportive Radcliffe community.
