Rebecca Emory
Rebecca Emory is an accomplished Art Teacher at Radcliffe Creek School, with 33 years of teaching experience and five years dedicated to Radcliffe. Her diverse background includes early childhood development at Anne Arundel College and valuable experience working with autistic and special needs students in public schools. A multi-talented educator, Rebecca previously taught a wide range of subjects, including history, science, music, and theology. She was a founder of the Tall Oaks homeschool/tutorial program as well as a Co-Entrepreneur of Bridges Christian Tutorial for middle school and high school. She also incorporates her profound love for music into her art lessons, believing in its power to enhance learning and creativity.
At Radcliffe, Rebecca creates a dynamic and engaging learning environment where students can explore their creativity and discover their artistic voices. In addition to her art curriculum, she has previously taught other subjects and utilizes her music directing experience to incorporate sound and rhythm into her art instruction. Her passion for book writing and incorporating it with art further enhances her students' creative writing and visual expression.
Outside of the classroom, Rebecca is also a certified interior designer, a skill that reflects her lifelong dedication to aesthetics and design. Her interests extend to her love for her animals.
