Radcliffe Creek School take a great amount of pride in helping our families find the right school for their graduate. The first step in helping us identify your family's needs is the completion of this form. Your answers and feedback will help us know how best to help you throughout the process.
Transcript Release Form
As you begin your search for your student's next school, a key part of the application process will be the school's admission office reviewing your student's prior coursework and their performance in each respective curriculum.

Where Our Graduates Go
When making recommendations for our current families regarding a student's next school after eighth grade, we often look back at our past students' experiences. One question we are frequently asked in our 8th Grade Transition meetings is "where have other students gone after Radcliffe Creek?"
