Laura Livingston

Marketing & Events Coordinator

Mrs. Livingston recently joined the Radcliffe family in November of 2024. She was born and raised in Massachusetts, but she and her family have called Maryland their home since 2011.

In 2005, Laura met the love of her life, Bryon, while attending Westfield State College. 2007 proved to be a busy yet joyful year. Marriage and the birth of their daughter all while supporting her husband’s enlistment into the US Navy and a cross country move to California. In 2010, they

welcomed their son and completed their family (minus the addition of a few pets here or there). After being stationed at Fort Meade, MD, they moved to Centreville, and they now reside in Chestertown.

Along with being a wife and a mother, Mrs. Livingston has accomplished a variety of roles in the workforce. Throughout the years of military life, Laura worked in the Child Development and Youth Centers at the bases they were stationed at. She concluded her time at Fort Meade in 2015 as an Acting Assistant Director. While she has always had a passion for working with children, Laura was also introduced to the world of event planning by simultaneously being a Day of Wedding Coordinator on the weekends. She successfully assisted over 150 brides and grooms with organizing and executing their special days.

After moving to the Eastern Shore in 2015, Laura sought employment closer to home so she could be near her school-aged children. She took on an administrative role at a local dental office and shortly into her employment, was offered the Marketing Director position. In 2018, she was afforded the opportunity to work at Chesapeake College for the Dean of Teaching & Learning and during this time, was encouraged to go back to college after an 11-year hiatus to complete her bachelor’s degree. She obtained her degree virtually at UMGC in Digital Media & Web Technology around her full-time job and during the years of Covid. Mrs. Livingston’s most recent professional experience has been working for the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. As the Protocol Specialist to the Superintendent of USNA since 2021, she learned a great deal about event planning and execution at a substantial and distinguished level.

Laura has also been heavily involved with volunteering in her community over the last decade. She has served as the General Manager for UQA Travel Softball since creating the organization in 2018. Mrs. Livingston also supported the UQA Little League as their Secretary from 2016-2018 and again as their President from 2021-2022. Laura has driven a variety of fundraising efforts for a multitude of teams and organizations that her children have been involved in and she is excited to support the mission at Radcliffe Creek School. Her broad and diverse experience will be a welcomed addition to the RCS team as the Marketing & Events Coordinator.
