Ms. Holly L. Parker brings a wealth of expertise in special education law and advocacy to our board of trustees.

With a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law and over two decades of experience as a practicing attorney, Holly has dedicated her career to ensuring that children with disabilities receive the support and resources they need to thrive academically and socially.

Holly's commitment to special education extends beyond her legal practice. Her diverse background also includes roles as a supervisor of compliance and a specialist in special education within Baltimore County Public Schools, further deepening her understanding of educational policy and implementation.

Holly has served as an adjunct professor and guest lecturer at institutions such as George Washington University and Johns Hopkins University, where she has guided students in understanding the complexities of special education law and compliance. Holly is also a frequent presenter to parent advocacy organizations, ensuring that families have the knowledge and support they need to navigate the special education system effectively. Holly's passion for empowering individuals and fostering inclusive environments aligns perfectly with our school's mission and values.

With her unique blend of legal acumen, educational experience, and dedication to advocacy, Holly is a valuable addition to our board of trustees, and we look forward to benefiting from her insights and leadership as we continue to support and enrich the lives of all our students.
